Michelle Kung has over a dozen years of experience in communications and content strategy, having worked as a print reporter, online news editor and digital marketer.

Michelle currently works as a marketing & communications consultant for startups, corporations and non-profits, and was previously the head of content at Index Ventures and at eBay Inc. Prior to joining the corporate world, Michelle was a beat reporter and online editor at The Wall Street Journal -- where she created and launched the Webby Award-nominated cultural blog Speakeasy -- as well as the founding Business Editor at the Huffington Post, a correspondent for The Boston Globe, a columnist for Publisher’s Weekly and a film writer at Entertainment Weekly. She has also appeared as a commentator on MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, A&E, E! and Good Morning America and national public radio.

Michelle graduated from Harvard University with a degree in History & Literature, with a focus on modern visual culture.
